Store Policy

Continental U.S. Shipping

  • Most orders ship the same or next business day after your order is received.
  • Some products are built-to-order; this will be noted in the product description.
  • If an item is out of stock and a delay is expected, we will contact you.
  • Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the lower 48 United States, unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders ship via UPS Ground (3–5 business days) or USPS Flat Rate (1–3 business days).

Returns (U.S. Orders)

  • Unopened items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges).
  • New items may be returned within 15 days with a 20% restocking fee.
  • Installed or special-order parts cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

International Shipping

  • For orders outside the Continental U.S., please email tom@sosperformance.com for a shipping quote.
  • If using an export company, please list them as your shipping address.
  • Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International orders may require 5–7 business days of additional processing. Special orders may require 1–3 weeks.
  • Payments are processed via PayPal invoice (product + shipping only).
  • SOS Performance is not liable for damaged items during international transit.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods refused at customs.
  • StopTech products ship only to the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
  • No returns are accepted on international orders.
  • All prices are listed in USD.

Warranty

SOS Performance warrants new SOS parts to the original purchaser as follows:

  • 1-year warranty from purchase date (standard).
  • 2-year warranty if installed by a certified ASE technician.

Coverage:

  • Replacement of defective SOS Performance parts due to defect or poor workmanship.
  • Warranty applies only to the original vehicle on which the part was installed.

Exclusions:

  • OEM components are not covered.
  • No coverage for installation errors.
  • No liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  • Call (850) 814-1955 for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
